I have a question about the SAFETY of MAILPRIMO and referring to the safety of the uploaded mailing lists?

If it’s simply using SMTP servers of different providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) then I’d think that if a person sent out 50,000 emails at once that, that would get your account banned would it not?
